Containers for reproducible research

This is not an official Carpentries lesson, but the Carpentries lesson template is excellent, so I am using it.

Using Docker within an official Carpentries lesson would require a lot of development and testing.

An introduction to containers (Docker specifically) run initially at ResBaz Dunedin 2019.
