Repogen is a CLI tool that generates static repository structures for multiple package managers. It scans directories for packages, generates appropriate metadata files, and signs repositories with GPG/RSA keys.

i will no longer be supporting this, as I don't really like html5boilerplat all that much. it was simply too much for me. if someone wants to keep this up to date, i will gladly transfer ownership. if nobody wants it, i will remain as it is. i will focus on two new little projects: a simple boilerplate for jekyll with only html5shiv in place, and one incorporating zurb's foundation.
