During in-class lab sessions, students had a difficult time getting questions answered. Students would grab a teacher's attention as soon as they were available. If you had your head down in your code, you might have missed getting your question answered. We developed HandRaise to allow students to post their questions online and to answer other students' questions. Teachers just glance at the projector screen or check their phone to know which student is next in line.
