Particle Image Velocimetry for Matlab, official repository
A Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) code in Python and Matlab
PIV image processing solver using LiteFlowNet model, written in PyTorch as the deep learning framework
:sparkler: A libre Python framework for scientific treatments of large series of images (publish-only mirror)
This module implements the basic algorithms of the PIV method, such as an iterative cross-correlation method based on FFT with an integer and continuous displacement (DWS, CWS) of the interrogation windows, filtering and interpolation of the pair loss effect, and so on.
A Python package to conduct 3D Traction Force Microscopy on multicellular aggregates (spheroids).
PIV Uncertainty Quantification
Developing PIV codes in Python
getWAKE is a collection of Matlab subroutines and GUI for post-processing of bluff-bodies wake data measured using Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), and analyzed by OpenPIV (or other) software. getWAKE accepts PIV wake data as .mat files extracted by the OpenPIV-spatial-analysis-toolbox. getWAKE allows the user to re-construct a full unsteady wake image from a set of PIV images recorded behind bluff-bodies using a cross-correlation algorithm. getWAKE can be also used for estimation of drag and cumulative circulatory lift forces from the wake data, thus enabling the user to estimate the loads exerted on the body generating the wake.
A Python GUI for Digital Particle Image Velocity (DPIV)
This code uses the pyTorch Conv2D modules to make the PIV algorithms work faster on GPU
A practical approach by implementing the natural image segmentation model for coherent structure and object identification in PIV/PTV fluid experiments
A set of MATLAB routines for generating displacement vector fields from black and white time series of images.
Within Formula One, data gathered from Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) does not always correspond to the telemetry collected on the racetrack, this document explores the current state of the art and applies vortex extraction and visualisation techniques to a time-dependent data set to allow for a meaningful interpretation of data.

Velocity field visualization for either PIV or optical flow results
An open source synchronizer for velocimetry of fluids.
Script used to prepare PIV data files, create masks/outlines from images, manually correct outlines (if necessary),compute pressure fields, thrust and drag forces acting on the body, and the Froude efficiency. Please refer to the following publication for details about pressure field calculations from 2D velocity fields: Dabiri, J. O., Bose, S., Gemmell, B. J., Colin, S. P. and Costello, J. H. (2014).
