GitHub teams and labels

This repository documents the GitHub teams for the WHATWG organization that
anyone is welcome to partake in.

It also documents the GitHub labels for the WHATWG standards that can be altered
through updating labels.json, running ./labels.py --update, and submitting a pull
request.

Contributor guidelines

Furthermore, this repository is home to the Contributor Guidelines, instructions
for formatting commit messages, and Maintainer Guidelines for
those who are an editor or deputy editor of a WHATWG standard.
