Scripts for *nix and mac environments

Scripts

• install-gitconfig : installs a symlink for global default config and refers to this repo's version
• install-vimrc : installs a symlink for vimrc and refers to this repo's version

When opening vim for the first time, it will create a ~/.vim directory, and setup vundle and other plugins.
