IBM-Employee-Attrition-Analysis

Built a model that predicts the chances of Attrition of an employee working at IBM. The Dataset was developed by Data Scientists at IBM and is based on 35 different parameters.

Created a systematic ML pipeline along with EDA and Feature Engineering on an unbalanced dataset with 35 parameters.

Predictive Model: XGBoostingClassifier.
Results: Precision - 84%
