Export LIF as Individual Images

ImageJ / Fiji macro to automatically export Leica LIF file or similar formats as individual images

Features:

• Process a single .lif file or all .lif files in one folder (batch mode)
• Choose export file format (.tif, .jpg, .ics)
• Merge channels or maximum projection options
• Generate numbers in front of the image names
• Mosaic / Tile scans : do not extract single tiles but only the merged image

You may need to adapt this macro to work with other complex formats...
