MephistoFeedback

This mephisto plugin provides a mechanism for submitting feedback.

Once it is installed, run this from #{RAILS_ROOT}
script/runner -e production 'Mephisto::Plugins::Feedback::Schema.install'

Then, just create a static page, set the Format to "Plain HTML", and paste this into it:

Name

Mail

<textarea name="feedback[body]" id="comment" cols="100%" rows="10"></textarea>

Save, and link.

That's it, you now have a feedback form.
