wolff_main.m is the "driver" of the program and shows the overall flow

a demo can be run by running the following commands.
(No training is necessary)

load state_run
get_top_N(10, 11, files, hist_total, SIFT_results, assignments, V, all_descriptors);

An image (#11 = argument two) will be displayed.
Select a rectangle on the image and the results will be shown
The top 10 (first argument) results will be shown
