Get the latest stable R release from
CRAN. Then install JunePackage using
from Bioconductor the following code:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE)) {
    install.packages("BiocManager")
}

BiocManager::install("JunePackage")

And the development version from GitHub with:

BiocManager::install("lahuuki/JunePackage")
