ProteinViz

AR visual analytics tool for protein data using Microsoft Hololens. Scientific protein data (.pdb) files can be loaded, visualized and interacted with the Microsoft Hololens device. Visualization of multiple proteins at the same time.
Interaction techniques include:

• moving
• rotating
• scaling
• filtering the protein visualization

Additionally, voice commands are included for:

• hide/show menue
• enable/disable auto-rotation
• enable/disable highlithing
• Switching between interaction modes

Developed in Unity3D for the course Immersive Analytics at the University of Konstanz.
