In this lab, you’ll work through four hands-on exercises designed to build your skills with Azure and intelligent app development. Below is an overview of each exercise:

Exercise 1 - Get started with intelligent app development by learning to use the Azure OpenAI SDK to call the Chat Completions API, leveraging the GPT-4o-mini model and deploy to Azure App Service.

Exercise 2 - Learn how to use Azure Open AI based Webjob in your application to generate AI summary using Organizational data.

Exercise 3 - Explore the sidecar extensibility feature in Azure App Service. You’ll leverage local SLM sidecar for generating AI summary using Webjobs.

Exercise 4 - Learn how to connect an Azure AI Agent from the Azure AI Agent Service to your app for adding intelligent shopping assistance.
