install root cert from:
https://pki.myriadnetworks.com/certEnroll or from downloaded root cert

1. Follow Readme for your OS, including all commands and scripts.
2. run download.py to get all remaining files for your os.
3. Install the new executables.
4. Enjoy your smartcard!
