a2oj invite

Script to invite users to an a2oj contest given the contest ID and the list of user ids.

Tested with this PhantomJS.

Usage:

phantomjs inviteA2OJ.js -u <user> -p <password> -c <contestId>

Remember to change the hardcoded list of user ids and the check the generated images for debugging.
