hal widgets to create a gui app.

• No coding required, just drop the widget, rename the widget, and run the app.

To install the plugin :

1. Compile the halwigets project. Output is .so file.
2. For Skynet installs, create a .so simlink to : /opt/qt-creator/Tools/QtCreator/lib/Qt/plugins/designer
3. Open the untitled project and have fun !
