What is palm?

palm is open-source software for analyzing data from super-resolution microscopy.

palm

Currently palm consists of the following files and directories:

INSTALL_OSX.txt
Mac installation guide

INSTALL_UBUNTU.txt
Ubuntu installation guide

setup.py
Script for building and installing palm.

MANIFEST.in
Additions to distutils-generated palm tar-balls.

palm/
Contains palm init.py and the directories of palm modules.

examples
Contains simulated time traces and scripts for fitting a blinking model
to the data.

scripts
Simple scripts for profiling palm likelihood calculations.
