SOL: Torii USB library

SOL is a fork of Luna that has been modified for use at Shrine Maiden Heavy Industries, as such it has been ported from using Amaranth to using Torii as well as had significant structural changes.

SOL itself is at the moment purely a fork of the software, however the original LUNA hardware has been preserved in the repository under the hardware subdirectory.
