Why does it make this repository?

GitHub has managed all codes well, and I am a big fan of GitHub. Sometimes, we have to test GitHub functions like GitHub Actions. That is why I have created this repository.

You can do anything here yourself, such as committing, creating pull requests, using GitHub Actions, testing, and so on.
