WARNING: This package is now merged into MultiscaleGraphSignalTransforms.jl, and will not be maintained anymore.
Please use the MultiscaleGraphSignalTransforms.jl from now on.
NGWP.jl is the repository for the Natural Graph Wavelet Packet Dictionaries.
