Mstat filesize analysis

Console application for getting statistic information about NativeAOT filesize.

How to produce mstat file in your NativeAOT application

Simply add

<PropertyGroup>
	<IlcGenerateMstatFile>true</IlcGenerateMstatFile>
</PropertyGroup>
