Automatic Jump Cutting Tool for Vegas Pro

This plugin can be used to automatically make cuts based on volume. This is an extension for the video editing software Sony Vegas which uses the VegasPython plugin from haroldlinke.

Dependencies

• Sony Vegas 16 (other versions not tested yet)
• VEGASPython (https://github.com/haroldlinke/VEGASPython)

Installation

• Download this repository
• Put all contents into the Vegas Application Extensions\VEGASPython_PN located in Documents.
• Installation of a custom Python Version required (Python Version 3.7) with a moviepy and numpy installation

Usage

Execution can be done by opening Sony Vegas, clicking on Tools -> Extensions -> jump_cutter_dockable
