Converts a GFA1 file to RDF

Using both the VG and FALDO ontologies it convers a GFA1 Genome Variation Graph into
a RDF graph.

To make a fat jar to run the program

mvn package

Then run with

java -jar target/handlegraph4j-rdf-0.1-jar-with-dependencies.jar
