Gravity Forms Modal (Popup) Addon

Usage

1. Install Gravity Forms >= 1.9
2. Download and Install this plugin
3. Add a form, go to config -> Modal -> Enable Modal
4. Add a link to hash #gform-999where 999 is the form ID.
5. If you are using Enfold theme, this plugin adds the component Gravity Button on content tab of the avia page builder.
