Objectives & Scope

Aim: Simulate an end-to-end Agile project to combat childhood obesity through a mobile app concept.

Goals:

Educate caregivers on healthy habits via app features.

Incorporate AI-driven personalized recommendations.

Produce comprehensive project management artifacts.

Scope Includes: Project charter, stakeholder analysis, WBS, budget, communication plan, work plan, risk register, monitoring & evaluation, and project closure report.

Out of Scope: Actual app development, code implementation, and live deployment.
