Quick Functionality Summary

If you have a valid SVG file, with this application you can read the figures of it, you can delete or create other figures
can translate figures and ask which of the figures are contained in the circle or rectangular shaped region. It works well with
line, circle and rectangle but easily can be added more. After that it generates a valid SVG file with the changes made.
