Make a shared state Websockets drawing program

Create a virtual environment and install the required dependencies.

virtualenv venv --python=python3
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

Contributors / Licensing

Because this is a fork, the original licensing is included below the next paragraph.

However there are some minor changed that need to be addressed. It is worth noting that inspriation for the websockets portions of this assignment were based on the example websocket programs provided in the slides of the CMPUT 404 lectures by Abram Hindle. This assignment also borrows some code from my original submission to assignment 4, the ajax assignment.
